DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

Tucked away in a secluded position overlooking the Gulf of Naples and the town on the Isle of Capri, this air-conditioned vacation villa is perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from Capri’s world-famous Piazzetta. Sit back and enjoy picture-postcard views from the comfort of your glamorous holiday home with infinity pool surrounded by fruit and scented lemon trees.

The combination of white interiors interspersed with hints of turquoise and brightly coloured mosaics makes this property feel spacious and airy, with light flooding in through ample windows and arched doors, in typical Mediterranean style. The accommodation is conveniently distributed between two separate stone buildings, connected via an external flight of stairs, to allow flexibility for friends or extended families. The lush private grounds offer shady corners, as well as sunny spots, to suit everyone’s idea of relaxation.

Dragging yourself away from all this will be hard but, should you fancy a change of scene, with just a 10-minute stroll you can be sitting at a pavement café, enjoying an authentic espresso surrounded by the buzzing atmosphere of Capri’s liveliest piazza. Narrow winding lanes lined with elegant boutiques, restaurants, ice cream parlours, wine bars and souvenir shops offer plenty of entertainment in the balmy summer evenings. Locals and tourists find scooters a great way to explore the island of Capri, easy to hire and to drive. During the day the enticing appeal of the blue-cobalt sea water will be hard to resist, so why not explore the dramatic coastline in search hidden coves and rocky beaches? You may even come across the Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra) but you will need to hire a boat to venture inside and be mesmerized by its shimmering blue reflections.

Limoni di Capri is a great base for a holiday on the stylish island of Capri. This tiny island packs a big punch, with great restaurants and a buzzing atmosphere. Beautiful coastal scenery and opportunities for fishing and day excursions to the mainland. There is a great local restaurant, Giorgio al Cucciolo, who will also deliver to you! There are lots more restaurants in Anacapri, and in the town of Capri, we’d recommend Il Geranio overlooking the Faraglioni for a really special meal out.

GARDEN ANNEX (all on one floor, 100 steps down from villa):
2 x double bedrooms, ensuite shower rooms, WCs, French doors to garden.
Grounds:
1.5 hectares of private, steeply terraced, mature grounds planted with fruit trees. Heated infinity pool (Roman steps, Jacuzzi area). Covered terrace, outdoor dining facilities and outdoor living area. Summer kitchen, BBQ. 100 steps (without railings) separate the main villa and the garden annex, with several seating areas along the way.
