Perched in a privileged hillside position overlooking the shimmering Bay of Naples, Villa Sincronìa is an exceptional luxury retreat just 3 km from the center of Sorrento. Immersed in complete privacy and surrounded by Mediterranean beauty, this vast 900 m² property offers refined comfort, breathtaking views, and the ideal setting for large groups seeking elegance, tranquility, and a touch of the extraordinary.
Spread across four spacious levels connected by an internal lift, Villa Sincronìa combines contemporary amenities with a refined artistic identity. Each of its 12 beautifully appointed bedrooms, dedicated to iconic artists, is individually decorated and equipped with modern comforts. Many enjoy panoramic sea views, while others overlook the private garden. With a capacity of up to 31 guests, the villa is perfectly suited for family reunions, corporate retreats, wellness gatherings, and special celebrations (upon request only).

Inside, the villa offers an abundance of inviting common areas designed for relaxation, socializing, and complete privacy. The bright main living room features floor-to-ceiling windows framing extraordinary sea views, elegant seating, and a charming reading corner. Here guests can enjoy a smart TV, small library, an ice machine, and a convenient common bathroom.
Traditional ceramic floors and natural light create a welcoming atmosphere that blends sophistication with authenticity.
Every corner of Villa Sincronìa holds a delightful surprise: from serene lounges with panoramic windows to the wellness area featuring an indoor hot tub in one of its well decorated bedrooms. Air-conditioning throughout ensures comfort at all times of the day.

Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Pompeii, and Herculaneum can all be explored effortlessly via car, bus, or ferry, with Naples International Airport just 56 km away.

WEDDING AND EVENTS:

Villa Sincronìa offers a stunning setting for a stylish and intimate modern wedding, where every element is curated with utmost care. The bright indoor areas, along with the panoramic terraces and manicured lawn, provide an exquisite stage for a refined, exclusive celebration framed by an unforgettable view. The villa can host ceremonies for up to 50 guests (Please note that outside catering services are not allowed).

Outfitted with cutting-edge appliances, it includes two induction cooktops, an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, wine cooler, filtered water dispenser offering still and sparkling options, coffee machine, American-style drip coffee maker, extractor hood, and dishwasher—providing everything you need for effortless cooking and entertaining.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & PROPERTY POLICIES:

• Tourist tax: €4.00 per person per day for the first 7 nights, applicable from 1 April to 31 October. Guests under 18 are exempt.
• Security deposit: €5,000.00, payable in cash or by credit card. The full amount will be returned at check-out provided no damage has occurred.
• Pool heating: Available on request at €1,500.00 per week.
• Payment Conditions: 30% deposit at confirmation. Balance due 60 days before arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 days to arrival: 100% penalty.
• No parties, weddings, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the contracted number.
• No external service providers allowed (health & insurance compliance).
• All incidental charges must be settled before departure.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Countryside conditions: insects may occasionally be present.
• Any property issue must be reported to the on-site manager during the stay.
