DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

Amalfi Coast luxury villa with seafront location. Villa Torre Vicereale is a medieval watchtower situated in Maiori on a sheer cliff within one of the most extensive private luxury estates of the Amalfi coast. The accomodation includes the medieval watchtower plus four different charming annexes with separate access. The grounds of this property descend the hillside from the coastal road through the dense Mediterranean vegetation made of scented pine woods, lemon trellises and beautifully tended gardens, all the way to the sea.

The property has been recently renovated and it is elegantly furnished with antiques and modern design classics. Plate-glasswindows and series of panoramic terraces offer spectacular views over the sea of the Amalfi coast. These terraces provide a perfect setting for relaxing and eating outside. The property also boasts an exclusive double-level swimming pool, ingeniously linked by communicating steps. A winding path leads down below the tower to a private cove for swimming into the sea.

The entire villa is reserved for exclusive use of the guests and with its 6 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms can accomodate up to 12 people (for larger groups, a second independent villa whithin the same estate can be booked to accomodate up to 28 people).

Villa Torre Vicereale can be booked all year round from Saturday to Saturday, with a full catering service. Guests are provided with golf cart for an easier access to the property which is situated at the end of a winding tarmac road.

THE TOWER

Ground Floor
Large entrance/living-room with access to the terraces through plate glass doors, leading down to separate dining-room with magnificent view. Fully-equipped kitchen with larder. Outdoor barbecue.

First Floor (access from external staircase)
Large panoramic living-room offering breathtaking views, with fireplace and 1 guest bathroom. TV and stereo with CD player.

Second Floor
1 double master bedroom with air conditioning and 1 bathroom with shower. Access to a private terrace with special solarium, outdoor shower, and splendid views of the sea.

THE COTTAGES

Cottage 1: Situated next to the Torre with 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with views straight out to sea. Air conditioning and fridge.
Cottage 2: Situated near to the swimming pool area with 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a charming terrace. Air conditioning and fridge.
Cottage 3: Situated near to the swimming pool area with 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a charming terrace. Air conditioning and fridge.
Cottage 4: Very intimate setting with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom sharing 1 bathroom with shower. With a wonderful terrace perched high above the sea. Air conditioning and fridge.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

– A refundable damage deposit of €2.500 will be withheld by credit card at check-in. Client will be required to sign a waiver form for the use of the golf cart provided in the property.
– Arrival past 8pm will be considered late check-in and charged €30 per person. For arrivals past midnight, the late check-in cost is of €70 per person.
– Grocery and household costs during the rental period will be charged at check-out in the final bill with an additional fee of 20% for delivery service.
